Builds are one-time projects, not subscriptions, and every build includes the first month of support in the price. These plans cover what happens after that: support time, regular testing, and optimization at a predictable monthly rate. If we built your site too, site care runs alongside these at a reduced rate.
No message allowance on this plan — text usage is billed separately at cost. Support time beyond the included 30 minutes is billed separately too.
Get in touchMessage usage beyond the included 750 segments is billed separately at cost, as is support time beyond the included 2 hours.
Get in touchScoped to you. The list above is a starting point, not a ceiling — final price depends on the support and systems involved. Larger message allocations available; usage beyond your allocation is billed separately at cost.
Get in touchIf we built your website too: site care is $60/month on its own, or $45/month alongside any plan above — hosting, edits, backups, and renewal reminders included.
A note on message counts: carriers bill text messages in 160-character segments, so a longer message counts as more than one. We keep the messages we write as short as they can sensibly be, and we'll tell you roughly what your volume looks like before you pick a plan — not after.
No. Plenty of clients run for months without touching us. These exist because some businesses would rather have a number to call than a surprise invoice.
Most people start on Essential or Professional and move up only if they need to. Start with a conversation rather than a decision — nothing here locks you in.
Site care and automation support are billed separately, because they're genuinely different work. Hold both and site care drops from $60 to $45 a month. Either one can be cancelled without touching the other.
Yes, with 30 days' written notice, either direction. Your automation keeps running — you own it.
Whatever's included is covered by your plan. Anything past it is billed separately at cost, and we'll flag it before it happens — you get a heads-up when you're approaching your allowance, not an invoice afterwards. Nothing is ever applied by surprise.
Start with a conversation, not a decision. We'll tell you if you don't need one of these.
